The purpose of the Descope deliverable is to help your team evaluate an experienced anomaly and communicate how you plan to address the associated challenges, necessitated changes, and new risks posed to your mission due to modified constraints. This deliverable consists of a set of slides outlining the team's approach to descoping the mission, any required system design changes, and how these changes will impact mission objectives, success criteria, and overall feasibility.
