Michael Fitzgerald

Michael Fitzgerald is a PMP-certified, results-oriented leader accomplished in championing mission-driven teams as a PMO Director, Program Manager, Project Manager, and Chief of Staff in the aerospace, higher education, legal, telecom, and industrial decarbonization industries. He brings 15 years of combined professional experience which includes delivery of spaceflight hardware to NASA and world-first decarbonization products to the mining industry, as well as leading organizations, business transformations, and strategic partnerships. He has a proven track record of supporting C-Suite executives to develop strategies for mission-critical initiatives, leading the interface between senior leadership and project teams as they transition into execution and delivery. Michael is known for leading teams with a bias to action, applying a solution- and industry-agnostic approach to problems by leveraging sound project management and system engineering fundamentals spanning large organizations and startups. He thrives in ambiguous environments where he can navigate complex organizations, connect strategy to execution, foster inclusive collaboration, work with good people on good problems, and enable customers to achieve their mission.
