Subteam Assignments

The purpose of this deliverable is to help your team organize yourselves when generating your first ideas into a quad chart. We have found it most efficient for teams to create small "subteams" and dedicate each of these smaller groups of people to working on one or two ideas at a time, rather than having the entire team work on one idea at a time. Everyone on the team should be a part of one or more of these subteams, and after quad charts have been submitted, the entire team will work together on the chosen idea, regardless of what original subteam you were a part of.
