Isabella Morter

Science Advisor

Isabella Morter is an upcoming graduate of Texas A&M University and an emerging leader in the space industry whose work integrates science, engineering, and systems-level thinking. Studying Bioenvironmental Science and Geology, she brings technical experience in planetary science, bio-inspired environmental solutions, and human performance and safety in aerospace contexts, with research spanning topics from supernovae identification to applied space systems.


Alongside her technical work, Isabella is committed to science advocacy and workforce development, with a sustained focus on representing and supporting students and early-career professionals in STEM. She currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for SEDS-USA, President of her local SEDS chapter, Director of the Aggie Astronaut Corps, and Mission Operations Lead for Skyfall Space. She has also participated in and represented national student interests during The Planetary Society’s Save NASA Science Day of Action, an effort that contributed to the preservation of the NASA science budget for FY26, and has spoken at the AIAA SciTech Forum, where she led a workshop focused on networking and industry community-building for students and young professionals. Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, Isabella is a beginner caver, an avid reader, and enjoys creating digital art and playlists.
