Trevor Davis
Program Analyst
Trevor is a Computer Science student at UCF and an MDC Alum, driven by the desire to interconnect the mysteries of astrophysics, and advanced algorithmic modeling. His current work focuses on the intersection of machine learning and stellar research, specifically utilizing unsupervised methods to identify anomalies in stellar light curves for his undergraduate thesis.
Trevor's goal is to bridge the gap between technical data output and physical reality. To achieve this, he is currently strengthening his theoretical foundations in stellar astrophysics and light-curve analysis to ensure his models are not only accurate but fully interpreted within a scientific context. He believes that every technical challenge is an opportunity to evolve and refine our approach- a spiral philosophy of 'Iterative Evolution' that he will bring to his role as a Program Analyst Mentor.
He is committed to treating every setback as a necessary block on the path to a goal and helping others surpass the fate of their constraints. Sadame wo koero (Surpass Fate).
