Matthew Foster is a rising senior studying Aerospace Engineering at Florida Tech. He has worked with the avionics and simulation subteams of the Panther Rocket Lab on campus to create avionics bays and pre-flight simulations for high-power rockets. He is also the systems engineer on a capstone design team, aiming to develop a vision-based autonomous pollination system in a lightweight, low-cost drone platform.

Through completing the L’SPACE Mission Concept Academy last summer as a program analyst and project manager, Matthew developed skills in cost and schedule estimation, team organization, and task delegation. He looks forward to sharing his knowledge with new participants as a LEAP Intern and Programmatics Mentor.
